At Topliss Tarts we believe that Gluten Free food should not make any compromises on flavour.

We test-trial everything we make in our test kitchen and unless the end product is absolutely delicious we will not sell it.

What makes our food so special?
We use only the best ingredients;

• Free range, hormone free meat
• Cold pressed rice bran oil
• Premium cheeses
• Locally grown, fresh vegetables and organic herbs
• Fresh eggs and real butter

Then we lovingly mix everything by hand to produce scrumptious, healthy, unprocessed, gourmet Gluten Free meals daily,.... yes that’s right...Daily!

We refuse to use preservatives or addititives  designed to stretch “use by” dates in our food, preferring to make fresh batches of food in our kitchen daily so that when your eating Topliss Tarts you can be guaranteed that what your eating is fresh and fresh is best!
